FAQ’s

  • We require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your date. From there we will determine the package that best suites your needs, sign a rental agreement, and put down a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% and any add-ons will be invoiced at the 30-day meeting.

    We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay.

  • Our preferred vendor list comes highly recommended and has been used for many of the events we have hosted over the years, however, you are welcome to use any vendor you wish! We simply ask that we speak with them one-on-one and have them provide proof of insurance.

  • Outside food and drink are welcome! We ask that you sign a waiver of liability and dispose of all trash properly. We have licensed caterers and bar cart vendors that we will be glad to recommend.

  • There will be a large bride & groom suite next to the barn when the renovation is complete, but in the meantime we have a nice apartment suite for the bridal party on the property, as well as a rustic suite for the groomsmen in our sales office. All suites are convenient to our ceremony sites.

  • Historic Dahlonega is full of sites and things to do for everyone. It is conveniently located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges, hikes, gold mines, museums, boutiques, antiques, art, live music, and dive bars.
